Who Are We?
Intellectual Education Service (IES) is a registered company providing educational services to students of Pre IGCSE level and those who have passed Matriculation (grade 10. Myanmar) or IGCSE O’ Levels and GED.
Pre-IGCSE classes ranging from Kindergarten to the level of IGCSE O and A are fully functioning in Myanmar. IES facilitate students to sit for the IGCSE test at the British Consulate in Yangon, Myanmar.
With the collaboration of IIC, International Islamic College Malaysia (IIC), and International Intellectual College Myanmar (IICM) under IES has been functioning since 2016 and provides diploma courses in Islamic study, IT, Information, Business Management, and accounting etc.
The founder of the college is Associate Professor, Dr Maulana Akbar Shah @ U Tun Aung from International Islamic University Malaysia, IIUM and IES office is located at No.50, Daw Thein Road, Kandawlay, Mingla Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

How to study these diploma courses?
Virtual classes will be conducted through webinars and available platforms on google classroom or meet. Respective links to the classroom, timetables, and lecturer’s information are provided over time. The period of study at IICM is two years, internship two months is required for graduation.
The college’s tuition fee is similar to the tuition fees of IIC Malaysia, RM 25000.00 for the whole two and a half years of study, as shown in the attached list. However, IIC Myanmar provides 50% scholarships to those 20 new students keen to study at the college. A fee of RM 1000.00 is paid to ensure the registration process is properly arranged.
The tuition fees can be paid at a time, and payment in instalments can also be accepted. The college provides mainly five subjects Diploma in Information Technology, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in Computer Science and Diploma in Marketing Management. The lecturers at the college are from distinguished universities and colleges from Yangon and Malaysia University.
The student registered at IIC Myanmar will also be registered at IIC Malaysia. The graduation will be inaugurated at IIC Malaysia; the Diploma certificate is provided by IIC Malaysia and endorsed by the government of Malaysia.
